The Off The Plan Buyers Agent is a complete 'start to finish' service. We take care of every aspect of the process from your first call to us, to the time you are living in the property or banking the rent.
We assist with:
- Analysing the purpose of your purchase - an apartment to occupy, as an investment, SMSF, etc.
- The selection of the area you should be investing in
- The selection of the development you should be investing in
- The selection of your apartment based on design and value
- Organising an experienced Solicitor to act on your purchase
- Organising the deposit, bank guarantee or Deposit Bond required to exchange Contracts (usually 10% of the purchase price)
- Organising the finance for you to complete the purchase
- Arranging the pre-settlement defects inspection
- Arranging every aspect of the completion of your purchase
- Organising a leasing agent to find a tenant for you post-completion
